This lovely 1.5-room apartment offers a sleek, modern kitchen, a spacious living room, and access to a sunny, south-facing balcony that gets daylight for most of the day. The kitchen is separated from the living room, so you won’t have to cook in your living/sleeping space. The apartment is centrally located, right across from Ekonomikum – perfect for students – and just a 15-minute walk to the city center. The nearest grocery store is only a 5-minute walk away, and the bus stop is right outside the building, just 10 meters from the entrance. A perfect home for anyone looking for a cozy place with everything close by. I am a student at Uppsala University and will be away from Uppsala over the summer holidays. Therefore please observe that I will need the apartment again in the end of August. Wi-Fi, hot water, and regular heating is included. Electricity (including floor heating and towel heater inside bathroom) is not included. If you would like to rent by the week instead, please contact me. Köket är avskiljt från vardagsrum vilket gör att man slipper laga mat i vardags/sov-rum. Lägenheten är belägen mycket centralt mittemot Ekonomikum - perfekt för dig som är student - med bara 15 minuters promenad till city. Närmaste matbutik ligger en 5 minuters promenad bort. Busshållplatsen ligger precis utanför porten, endast 10 meter bort. Ett perfekt boende för dig som vill ha ett trevligt hem med närhet till allt. Jag är student vid Uppsala universitet och kommer att vara bortrest från Uppsala under sommarlovet. Vänligen observera därför att jag behöver lägenheten igen i slutet av augusti.
