Kollektiv på Östra ågatan! Cosy housing collective “Jolanta” is looking for new roomies! After 5 years of co-housing in this beautiful, centrally located apartment, the four housemates are slowly moving out. We are looking for people wanting to take over one or multiple rooms in the house to keep this beautiful cohousing alive! The house is located on Östra Ågatan, with private and green garden shared with 3 people living in the same building complex and with a view on the garden, the river fyrisån, and the castle. There are four bedrooms (2 downstairs and 2 upstairs), two shared living room spaces, a kitchen, bathroom and two toilets. The house costs come down to ca 300pp/month. Depending on the room, rent varies between 4500 and 6500/month. One of the rooms is available now, and the others are flexible between June and September and can be discussed. The rooms can be furnished or emptied depending on the furniture you wish to move in yourself.
