Hello, We are renting out a room in our spacious apartment. Total size of the apartment 100m2. The room size is 16m2 and is furnished with a bed, TV and ample storage space. Share of apartment (kitchen, living room, WC and WC/shower) Included in rent: Furniture, weekly cleaning service of common area’s, common hygiene articles, heating , internet and electricity. No pets and smoke free. Students/Employees who value a calm life are welcome. Location: 3 min walk into town, 3 min walk to bus/train station, 250m to the nearest gym and a 15 min bike ride to the university -ish!
