Hej! Hello! Due to an assignment abroad we have our fully furnished, well maintained, excellently located, safe, and comfortable 1.5 rooms apartment available for rent. Location: - 3 min from Huvudsta T-bahn station on Blue Line (Hjulsta) and, from there, in 9 min you are at T-Centrallen; Bus 129 station is at 1 min from building's entrance. - lots of bike and jogging trails nearby with a tranquil view over the sunrises, trees, and even wild life just outside the apartment The rent includes: - Living and using all its amenities (what you see in the picture is what you get, including kitchen utensils) -- a detailed list of items for our fully furnished apartment will be part of the contract; - Utilities (high speed Internet, water (cold and hot), heating, basic TV, electricity, garbage collection) are included. Recycling is available at no cost nearby. Storage room can be made available if absolutely needed. - Apartment has its own washing machine and dryer. Well equipped shared laundry is also available in the building. - The building has a storing room for your bike and a visitor apartment for nightly stay at a very acceptable rate. Rental term & conditions: - Minimum term for renting would be 12 mo. with a possible extension - Deposit: 1.5-2 months rent - Notice period: 2 months Who is highly welcome to contact us? - Employed professionals and/or KI or SU students (at least in year 2 or greater, preferably in master or PhD programs). - You are a non-smoking individual with no pets and with good references from previous landlord(s). - You have at least a valid Swedish Coordination Number ( samordningsnummer). - You are respectful and caring for the furniture and fixtures the apartment comes with --previous landlord references are welcome. What association is this apartment in? - Apartment is in a reliable, financially sound, respectable association. Association's applicable rules are part of the leasing contract How to make your request effective and efficient? - Feel free to express an interest and contact us if you find above conditions suitable for you/your situation. For the first contact we'd need: 1) confirmation you have at least Coordination Number/Samordningnummer or Personnummer 2) a picture of your most recent payslip/paystub (you can edit out the pesronnummer) 3) 1-2 most recent landlord's reference(s). We will review them carefully and get back to you most of the time in 24hrs.
